• Our certification program is designed to teach you how, what, and why we teach the way we do.  You will finish your certification feeling prepared, and as a subscriber leave with an entire library of tracks to start poppin' into your class!
• HOW TO TEACH: We will lay out class mapping options for you and teach you how to tailor it to the needs of your participants. Focus will be on proper form, the logistics of teaching, cueing, progressions/ regressions, breathing, pilates postures, and special circumstances you may encounter in a class.
• WHAT TO TEACH: Have you ever left a certification thinking, "Now what?" THAT.WILL.NOT.HAPPEN.HERE! We will leave you with a checklist of to-dos in order to create and design your first class and beyond. Our certification covers song mapping, learning choreography, and teaching to the right tunes.
• WHY WE TEACH: Have you heard us talk about FDA the UpBeat Way™? How about Take 5™? These might sound kitschy, but we promise to deliver easy methods of cueing form and technique to make your life easier and your participants more successful!

Certifications are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the certification you purchased, you may transfer to a different training one time only. Any transfers thereafter will be subject to a $100 transfer fee. You may transfer your certification to another individual at your own arrangement, please email contact@upbeatbarre.com — may be subject to a processing fee. All trainings that are moved to a self-paced certification are subject to an additional transfer fee.
